Alayne is a Wellington based writer and comedian. She recently toured her solo hour Purple is the Gayest Colour around NZ, and to the Adelaide Fringe Festival and Melbourne Int. Comedy Festival.
She recently performed at the New Zealand Int. Comedy Festival Gala in Wellington, and was featured in the recorded comedy special Best Comedy Show On Earth (TV3/ThreeNow).
Alayne also writes for film and television, and recently received an NZWG seed grant to write her new feature film I Don’t Sleep These Days.
